Consultations & Treatment Suitability
All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability assessment.
Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their health, medications, allergies, previous treatments and any other information that may affect treatment suitability or safety.
RAIMA Skin & Beauty Studio reserves the right to decline, postpone or modify a treatment where it is considered unsuitable or where proceeding would not be appropriate.
Bookings & Deposits
Advanced Skin Analysis & Consultation appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Treatment appointments require a £50 deposit to secure the booking. The deposit will be deducted from the treatment price on the day of the appointment.
Bookings are subject to our Cancellation & Booking Policy.
Treatment Results
Every person's skin and response to treatment is different. Results therefore vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Where a course of treatments or homecare is recommended, following the agreed treatment plan may be important in achieving the intended outcome.
Courses & Skin Programmes
Treatment courses and Skin Transformation Programmes are personalised according to individual skin needs and suitability.
Treatments within a programme may be adapted where appropriate according to skin response, progress or changes in treatment suitability.
Unless specifically stated as included, recommended home skincare products are purchased separately.
Prices
Current treatment prices are displayed on our website and/or booking system.
RAIMA Skin & Beauty Studio reserves the right to amend prices and services. Any changes will not affect treatments that have already been paid for unless otherwise agreed with the client.
Before & After Photographs
Clinical photographs may be taken where appropriate to document treatment progress and form part of your treatment record.
Photographs will not be used for marketing or social media without separate permission from you.
Aftercare
Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided following treatment.

Contraindications
Certain medical conditions, medications, pregnancy or breastfeeding, recent procedures or other circumstances may make some treatments unsuitable.
It is the client's responsibility to disclose relevant information and notify us of any changes before treatment.
Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting the studio. Please avoid bringing unnecessary valuables to appointments.
