Cancellation & Booking Policy
At RAIMA Skin & Beauty Studio, appointment times are reserved especially for you. To help us manage our diary fairly and provide the best service to all clients, the following booking and cancellation policy applies.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice can have the payment or deposit transferred to a new appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the consultation payment or treatment deposit being retained.
No-Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the consultation payment or £50 treatment deposit being retained.
A new payment or deposit will be required before another appointment can be booked.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next client's appointment.
If there is not enough time to carry out the treatment safely and appropriately, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the deposit may be retained.
Consultations
Advanced Skin Analysis & Consultation appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Treatment Appointments
A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure treatment appointments. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Treatment Suitability
All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability assessment. If, following professional assessment, RAIMA Skin & Beauty Studio determines that a treatment is not suitable or safe for you to proceed with, we will discuss the appropriate next steps with you.
Courses & Programmes
Appointments forming part of a prepaid course or Skin Transformation Programme are also subject to the 48-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in that appointment being counted as part of the course or programme.
